Our in-house Customer Care program is called “Faber 5 Star”. The goal is to achieve 5 Star ratings by delivering 5 Star service, always. A full-time dedicated Customer Care Training Coordinator gives every employee 24 hours training before being assigned to the sales floor.

Each month the VP of Operations, General Manager and Customer Care Training Coordinator review every location and establish coaching needs for employees. This provides patrons exceptional service day in and day out.

Commuters are in a hurry. There is no time for long transactions. We maintain systems that can scan and total a transaction in less than 3 seconds! To expedite things further we accept ApplePay, AndroidPay, Visa PayWave, MasterCard PayPass, DiscoverZip, and American Express’ Express Pay. Sales under $25.00 require no signature.
